What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time is approximately 48 hours. If your shoot is on a Friday...your photos will be ready by 8pm on Monday.
How do I get my pictures?
Images are delivered to you via a personal online gallery where they are easy to download.
How many pictures do I get?
You will receive up to 35 images for the standard shoot or up to 60 images with the deluxe package.
What size are the photos?
All standard images for real estate agents are a landscape format (horizontal) at 2400 x 1800 pixels. This size and ratio complies with MLS as well as with most realtor websites and can also be printed up to an 8 x 10.. I am more than happy to provide you with other additional sizes and aspect ratios for no additional charge...please let me know of your needs in advance.
What areas do you cover?
We shoot anywhere within 25 miles of the Ballantyne area. This includes Monroe, Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Pineville, Matthews, South Charlotte, and uptown.
Do you use a wide angle lens?
Of course I do...I use the widest lens possible and correct for any distortion.
How do I schedule a shoot?
The easiest way is to use the online booking system. Just click on "schedule a shoot" under the real estate agents tab on the home page.
How long will my shoot take?
If you book the standard package, your appointment is for 1 hour beginning at your scheduled time. If you book the deluxe package the shoot will take approximately 1.5 hours. This is plenty of time to photograph a property provided you are ready to shoot when I arrive.
Can we reschedule if it rains?
You are welcome to cancel your appointment within 24 hrs of your scheduled shoot time. A link to cancel is provided at the bottom of your confirmation email. You can then just schedule the next available appointment online. Alternatively, we can shoot the interior and then schedule a pick up shot of the property exterior at the earliest available time.
